A 2 night minimum is required except for holidays - then a 3 night minimum is required... Rental 3 nights or more have a cleaning fee included. Two night rentals require a $60 cleaning fee. | House rules: This is a no smoking building and there are a maximum of four persons allowed unless permission has been given by Lynne for more people. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. There is not a phone in the unit but cell service is strong in the downtown area. This is a quiet building with mostly full time residents so please keep the noise level down. |
