A 3 night minimum stay is required, though sometimes a 2 night rental stay is offered depending on availability. Anything less than 3 days has a $55 cleaning fee added which is included in longer stays. We accept checks, money orders or Visa through PayPal. Please call Lynne Harty at (828)777-7073. House rules: This is a no smoking building and there are a maximum of four persons allowed unless permission has been given by Lynne for more people. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. There is not a phone in the unit but cell service is strong in the downtown area. This is a quiet building with mostly full time residents so please keep the noise level down.
